We are proud to announce that our restaurant ZEST has maintained its position in the Michelin Guide for the fourth consecutive year.
This achievement comes less than two months since we re-opened ZEST following some highly attentive refurbishment.
On 4th April 2024, ZEST was one of the 40 restaurants in Malta and Gozo announced to have officially solidified a spot on the highly coveted Michelin Guide.
ZEST was first named as a Michelin recommended establishment in 2021, making this achievement all that more special in highlighting the positive consistency that our team has managed to uphold since then.
In order to make it to the Michelin Guide, it is widely known that a restaurant must meet 5 different and very important criteria: sufficient gastronomic quality, masterful cooking techniques, harmonious flavours, ensuring that the personality of the chef is represented in the dining experience and overall dependability.
