Michelin recommended Zest Flavours in St. Julian’s has now truly established itself as a must-visit destination for authentic Asian as well as Japanese-Peruvian Nikkei dining.
Over the past two decades, we have grown beyond being a restaurant. Through Zest Street Food, we have crafted an accessible yet still flavourful variation of our gastronomic experience that anyone in Malta can enjoy from the comfort of their own home.
We then also developed the concept of Zest Occasions, aiming to transport the quality of our cuisine to different types of events including weddings, corporate functions and other celebrations no matter how intimate or expansive they may be.
Obtaining our certification as a Michelin recommended restaurant for the past three consecutive years has been the cherry on the cake of our success, and we cannot wait to see what else we can achieve together in the future.
As we celebrate this respectable milestone, moving forward we will strive to continue providing the best possible cuisine, service and experience to our patrons, both old and new.
